Refund Policy
Effective date: 28 October 2026
1. First-payment money-back promise
Request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first successful payment for Standard, Premium, Super Pro or Pause, whether monthly or annual, and we will refund that first payment in full, no questions asked. The same 14-day first-payment promise applies to Tour Pass subject to the usage condition below. Renewal payments and subsequent purchases are not first payments. This contractual promise is additional to, and does not limit, mandatory withdrawal, warranty or other statutory rights.
2. Tour Pass
Tour Pass costs €149 once and provides 60 days of Premium. It is refundable within 14 days of the first payment if fewer than 50 outreach emails have been sent using the pass. At 50 or more emails this voluntary Tour Pass refund is unavailable, except where applicable law provides otherwise. It does not renew automatically.
3. Studios reply or you don't pay
If the agent sends at least 200 outreach emails during your first 30 days of paid service and fewer than 10 studios reply during that period, we refund your first month's payment. For an annual plan, this guarantee covers the first month's equivalent, one twelfth of the annual service price paid; it does not refund the entire annual charge under this guarantee. The 14-day first-payment promise still applies separately. A Founding Artist's first-month refund is the first-month amount actually paid.
Replies means responses from distinct studios, excluding automated out-of-office, delivery errors and duplicate replies from the same studio. After the first 30 days, email us with your account email and order reference. We check the service's sent-message and reply records solely to confirm the two thresholds. If records are incomplete, we may ask for relevant supporting records. There is no requirement to secure a booking to qualify. We do not promise replies or income; this guarantee specifies the remedy when the thresholds are met.
4. Cancellation and remaining periods
You can cancel at any time through available dashboard billing controls, your Paddle receipt's subscription-management link, or hello@knockknock.tattoo. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. After the 14-day first-payment window, there are no partial refunds for unused days or the remaining billing period, except for the studio-reply guarantee, our discontinuation commitment or mandatory legal rights. Requesting a refund and cancelling a renewal are separate actions; tell us if you want both.
5. Requesting and receiving a refund
Email hello@knockknock.tattoo or use the support/refund link on your Paddle receipt. Include the email used at checkout and your order or transaction reference so the payment can be found. No reason is required for the 14-day promise. Never send card numbers or login credentials. We aim to respond within five business days. Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method; bank and payment-provider processing times vary and will be communicated by Paddle. We do not issue cash or payments to a different account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle handles order-related buyer support and refund processing; Knock Knock Tattoo handles product support and confirms eligibility for our additional guarantees. Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund procedures apply, without reducing the additional rights we expressly offer or mandatory consumer rights.
