Terms of Service

Effective date: 28 October 2026

1. Who we are and these terms

Knock Knock Tattoo (knockknock.tattoo) is operated by a Ukrainian sole proprietor and provides software for tattoo artists. Contact us at hello@knockknock.tattoo. These terms govern your access to the website and service. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms and the Refund Policy. If you act for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. The service

Knock Knock Tattoo is a SaaS AI booking agent: it helps artists find studios, draft and send personalised outreach in the studio's language, translate replies, organise a CRM board and synchronise calendars. Availability depends on your plan, connected services and the features currently enabled. Preview, demo and coming-soon features are not promises of immediate availability. Studio decisions, replies, appointment arrangements, travel, permits and tattoo services are outside our control.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review proposed recipients, portfolio material, messages, translations, dates and terms before relying on them. You decide which studios to contact and remain responsible for outreach authorised from your mailbox and for agreements with studios.

3. Accounts and connected services

Provide accurate contact and billing information, keep it current, protect your login details and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Do not share access outside the permissions of your plan. You may connect a mailbox or calendar only if you have authority to do so. You can revoke access through the relevant provider or request disconnection by email. Provider terms, permissions and service limits apply separately.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, bulk indiscriminate messages, deceptive marketing, unlawful solicitation, harassment, impersonation or attempts to evade suppression lists, sending limits or a provider's rules. Contact only relevant studios where you have a lawful basis, identify yourself accurately, respect objections and do not contact a studio again after it asks you to stop. You are responsible for local email-marketing, privacy and anti-spam requirements; publicly available contact details do not automatically permit outreach.

You must own or have permission to use all portfolio images, text, trademarks and links you submit. Do not upload illegal content, sensitive client information, malware or material that infringes others' rights. Do not attack, scrape private areas, reverse engineer except where law permits, resell unauthorised access or interfere with other users. We may suspend sending or access to protect recipients, users and connected services.

5. Prices and billing

Standard costs €69/month or €690/year; Premium €99/month or €990/year; Super Pro €199/month or €1990/year. Annual billing equals ten monthly payments and is charged upfront for twelve months. Tour Pass is €149 once for 60 days of Premium and does not automatically renew. Pause is €9/month. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Founding Artists: the first month of Standard, Premium or Super Pro on monthly billing is €29 while the first-100-artist offer remains available. Annual plans, Tour Pass and Pause are excluded. Availability is determined using completed eligible payments, not unpaid registrations. After the discounted month, the chosen plan renews at its stated regular monthly price; the advertised Founding price lock applies to that regular price while the same subscription remains continuously active. Plan changes, cancellation and rejoining may end that price lock.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the same interval unless cancelled. By completing checkout you authorise recurring billing through Paddle. Access starts following successful payment and any required setup. Failed payments may lead to retries, restricted access or suspension.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

In this statement, Paddle customer service relates to orders, billing and refund processing; we remain responsible for product support. Paddle's buyer terms and privacy notice also apply to your purchase. The receipt identifies the Paddle reseller entity handling your order.

6. Cancellation, changes and refunds

Cancel any subscription at any time using billing controls in your dashboard where available, the management link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing hello@knockknock.tattoo. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain access until then and no further renewal is charged. If dashboard cancellation is not yet available, use your receipt or contact us. Cancellation is not automatically a refund request. The separate Refund Policy explains our 14-day first-payment promise, Tour Pass conditions and studio-reply guarantee.

Any upgrade or downgrade, effective date and additional or prorated charge must be shown to you before you accept it. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before the affected renewal. They do not change an already paid period or a qualifying active Founding price lock. You can cancel before a new price takes effect.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your portfolio and other content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, translate and transmit it only as needed to provide your authorised service, including sharing it with the studios you choose to contact. This licence ends when the content is removed, subject to necessary backups, legal retention and messages already delivered to recipients. We retain rights in our software, branding and service materials and give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use them during your paid access. No ownership of the software is transferred.

8. Disclaimers and liability

We do not guarantee bookings, studio replies, income or travel outcomes. The specific refund guarantees in our Refund Policy remain binding. Except for express commitments and mandatory legal warranties, the service is provided as available; uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output and third-party integrations are not guaranteed. We use reasonable care but cannot control mailbox providers, studios or other third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that law does not permit us to exclude. Refund rights under our express policy remain unaffected.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, illegal activity, security risks or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach. Immediate suspension may be necessary for safety or abuse. You may stop using the service, cancel renewals and request account deletion. If we permanently discontinue a prepaid service without your breach, we will arrange a refund for the undelivered prepaid period through Paddle. Retention of records follows our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes, disputes and contact

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be notified by email or within your account at least 30 days before taking effect, unless urgent legal or security reasons require earlier action. Changes apply prospectively, not to remove accrued refund rights. Contact hello@knockknock.tattoo to resolve a concern first. Ukrainian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections and courts available in your place of residence; nothing deprives consumers of those protections. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
